From our chorus to yours

Chorus changed our lives. We built this to help.

We’re Charles and Jasper. We met on a GALA chorus board and are LGBTQIA+ chorus members ourselves. We’ve been there: guessing what will sell, hauling boxes to concerts, and storing the leftovers in our own home.

Chorus has given us music, community, and chosen family. We want to do everything we can to support the people who make that possible. This program is our little way: we create and run your store, produce and ship orders, and help your chorus earn on individual store sales. No minimums or inventory you have to store. More room for the music.

Products & creativity

Is it just tees, or can we do more?

Much more. Think hoodies, polos, quarter zip pullovers, jackets, caps, beanies, totes, tumblers, water bottles, and stickers. Have something else in mind? Ask us. Chances are, we already make it. Our full product list is far too long to fit here.

How do you decorate the products?

From vibrant full color prints to embroidery, we offer plenty of ways to bring your design to life. We’ll match the decoration method to each item so your merch looks its best.

Can we use our chorus name, logo, or concert artwork?

Please do! We’ll make your name and artwork the star, with product and print colors that feel like your chorus.

What if we need help with the design?

No artwork? No problem. Bring us a rough idea or a blank slate, and we’ll help create a design you love. We never charge for design help.

What file format should we send?

Send what you’ve got. A vector file is lovely, but if yours needs a little TLC, we’ll help prepare it for your merch at no charge.

Can members add names or voice parts?

Tenor, alto, or their own name? Let’s talk! Personalization depends on the item and decoration method, but we’ll help find a way that works.

Pricing & payment

Is there a minimum order?

One shirt or a whole section’s worth? Both are welcome. No minimums.

What’s the bulk order perk?

Here’s a perk worth singing about: once you’re a client in our merch program, your chorus gets every bulk order at cost. More room in the budget for the music.

What about special design or personalization?

Have an idea with a little extra flair? Tell us about it. We’ll explore what’s possible together before production begins.

Can members pay for their own orders?

Yes! Members can pick their favorites and pay for their own orders in your chorus store.

Can the chorus pay for a group order?

Absolutely. One group order, one credit card payment, and we’ll help with the rest.

Sizes & choices

What sizes are available?

We strive to be size inclusive because every singer deserves merch that fits. We offer styles from XS through 6XL, depending on the product, and we’ll work with you to find options that include your whole chorus.

Will we have size charts?

Of course. We’ll share sizing details for each item so no one has to play the guessing game.

Can people mix sizes, styles, and colors?

Yes! Your store can offer available sizes, styles, and colors so each person picks their favorite.

Ordering & delivery

How do we get started?

Fill out the form below and we’ll be in touch. Then comes the fun part: choosing products and artwork together. You approve it; we launch your store.

Can you set up an ordering page for us?

Yes! We’ll build and manage a chorus store that’s ready for your members and fans to shop.

Where do orders go?

Straight to each buyer’s door. We produce and ship every individual order. Want items together instead? Your chorus can place a bulk order at cost.

Who pays for shipping?

We pick up the tab. Every order ships free.

Fundraising & showtime

Can merch raise money for our chorus?

Yes! Your chorus gets a share of individual store sales, and your supporters get something great to wear. Everybody wins.

Can we set our selling price and fundraising amount?

We’ll work out the pricing together and show you what your chorus earns from each sale before anything launches. No mystery math.

Can family, alumni, and supporters order?

Absolutely. Share the store link with your biggest fans, near or far. Chorus pride isn’t just for singers.

How can we sell at concerts?

Put a QR code in the program and fans can shop right from their seats. Want merch on the table? Or samples people can touch and feel? We can do that, too.

Your online store

What does it cost to set up and keep a chorus store?

Nothing. Nada. Zilch. No setup fee, no monthly fee, no annual fee. Your chorus merch store is on us.

Do we need to hit a sales target to keep the store open?

No sales quota, no pressure. Your store can stay open without hitting a minimum.

Can the store use our branding or a custom address?

It should look and feel like your chorus! We’ll use your artwork and colors, and we’ll buy a custom domain for your store at no cost to you.

Are there fees to add products or update designs?

New show? New idea? Let’s refresh the store. We never charge to add or update products and designs.

Who covers credit card processing fees?

That’s our tab, too. We cover the store’s credit card processing fees.

Who manages the store and customer questions?

We run the show backstage: store, customer questions, production, payments, and shipping. You take the spotlight.

Just for members

Can members have a separate store?

Yes. Your members can have their own store and exclusive gear alongside the public shop. The extra store is free, too.

We have new members, and we want to give them a free shirt. How does that work?

Easy! Order a batch at cost and hand them out, or give each new member a special code. With the code, we charge your chorus’s card on file and ship the shirt straight to them. The member pays nothing, and you skip the shirt stash.

You sing, sing, sing.
